Worse than the plague

This is the second time I use Yodel and not by choice. I am astounded that Amazon continues to use this unreliable company.

Years ago I ordered an item form Amazon to be delivered by Yodel. The parcel never came, although I received a message that my package was delivered and somebody had signed on my behalf. Yodel insisted that my parcel had been delivered. I insisted that it was not. They asked me to ask around my neighbours. I did. Nobody had received anything.Time lost, money lost, customer service-non existent.

Two days ago I ordered a package from Amazon and to my shock and horror the delivery company was Yodel.Today I received a text message that my parcel was delivered an hour ago to David. I have no idea who David is and where he lives. I am certainly not David. I have been at home all morning, watching the door and the windows like a hawk. In the past hour there were no cars passing my street, let alone delivery trucks. There was nobody at my door,ringing or knocking.Nobody delivered anything to me.

Nothing has changed with Yodel- they are unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional, ignorant , inadequate, perjurers and fabricators.

I wonder if they keep the parcel for themselves. If they actually take on purpose other people's things.

Once again I was told to go and ask around my neighbours, because David signed for my delivery! And once again this illustrates the bare minimum of brain capacity Yodel workers must survive on.If someone is to perform a craniectomy on Yodel personnel, I have all the reasons to believe that they would find a lonesome string in their hollow skulls holding their ears together.They must wear earplugs all day listening to -inhale-exhale-message on constant replay, just to keep themselves alive!

The fact that they made an unacceptable mistake is lost on them and I am left doing their job, knocking around on houses asking for David and my parcel.I knocked on houses and flats and there is no David.I am told to wait 24 hours for further information.

If you have a choice avoid Yodel like the plague. They are worse-they are still here and there is no cure for them.
