I was meant to have two parcels delivered. I apparently missed the first two deliveries and on the last delivery I left work early to make sure I was home in plenty time.. I also spoke with the customer services team to ask them to leave it with the business below me which is happy to take deliveries. I was tracking it online when i left work and it stated there was 10 packages before mine, when I got home it stated there was two. I then kept checking for 20 minutes whilst sitting in my apartment and it still said to, until the next time I refreshed and it said I had missed the delivery. I do not understand how if I am sitting waiting I have missed the delivery??? I also do not understand why the driver did not even attempt to leave it the business as requested if I wasn't home (which I was)!!!! Absolutely appalling service but what makes it all worse is just trying to speak to someone to rectify the issue! Numerous contacts numbers but all you ever get is an automated service which cuts you off once its confirmed they weren't able to deliver!!!1 WHERE ARE THE HUMANS! The web chat service is also another joke, get disconnected every time someone doesn't want to deal with your issue! and when they do they don't pass the message anywhere.. JOKE.

After Yodels reply below.. I am still waiting for a response.

I had to drive a 30 mile round journey to pick up my two parcels only to find that yodel must have been very very careful with the boxes that clearly states FRAGILE and GLASS as 7 out of 24 glasses were smashed to bits. Yodels response? Oh were very sorry, speak to the company for a refund.

I cant even begin to describe how painful and soul destroying it is dealing with YODEL.

I got to the point where I actually thought they were taking the P out of me!

I was told by the 'Customer Service team' (another joke) 4 different versions of what was happening with my parcels.

Story 1: they were being delivered on the 10/03 but no one could confirm the specific delivery instructions I had told them the night before and had put on my order

Story 2: They had my specific delivery instructions and my parcels would be delivered on the 10/03 and the website would update at 12 noon.

Story 3: My Parcel was not being delivered as I had reached the maximum three attempts (attempt 3 I was home for and I was neither left a card nor was my buzzer rung)

Story 4: My parcel had been delivered and left on the 'Floor'. Even though this was meant to be signed for and this was the reasons for it not being left previously. Turns out 'Floor' actually meant WAREHOUSE FLOOR as my Parcels did not even leave the depot on the 10/03.

ACTUAL: My parcels did not even leave the Depot. This was only confirmed to me after I spoke to 6/7 people from the customer services team. This was at 3pm!!!

I had been advised they would be delivered on 10/03 on the 09/03 & Numerous times on the 10/03 that yes it would be delivered that day. Which was just complete and utter LIES.

LIES the driver tried on the 09/03 I was home!!
LIES they would deliver on the 10/03
LIES they attempted 3 times
LIES they cannot contact the drivers when they are on route
LIES they will help you, they just make the situation worse and more confusing
