Out when tried to deliver. Went on to online chat and reassured parcel back at depot. Went to collect not there. Given phone no, rang many times and would just ring out or be cut off immediately. Found another no and they gave me email address, which was inaccurate. Funpming by now. Website claims great customer service. Left review on trust pilot as so appalled. Within 2 hours got a response on trust pilot saying looking into. Since then nothing. Back to emailing and getting no response. Contacted order company and they have sent me a partial refund despite it not being their fault. Will continue to try to get an explanation from yodel
