To describe Yodel as a delivery company is ridiculous as they just don't deliver. They text you to say that they have tried to deliver and left a card, yet the doorbell never rings and the card never materialises. When you query where your parcel is they fob you off onto the supplier of your parcel. And that's it. They say they cannot reimburse you because the contract is between you and the supplier, not you and them. Pathetic. How this firm is in business I do not know. Maybe their rates are cheap and suppliers obviously love this. Their level of service is DIABOLICAL. They are incompetent, uncaring and incapable of providing any kind of delivery service. If you want to receive the goods you have purchased FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANIES WHO USE YODEL.
