Despite being in the office all day no package arrived, further when I checked the Yodel tracking site it said the courier attempted delivery at 11.55 which is simply incorrect, as 5 people were here at that time. Further there was no calling card left. I have had the misfortune to deal with Yodel couriers in the past and they did exactly the same thing and it took three days for my parcel to arrive. They simply don't turn up yet tell you they have.
I have had such negative experiences with this courier company that I refuse to deal with them, or any company that uses them.
