Yodel, in this area, have a record of stating 'Sorry to have missed you' when it doesn't even attempt to deliver.

In the latest failure, alternative delivery arrangements were provided in the event of our absence. On the day, we were here so normal delivery could have been made. And, as further evidence of its duplicity, Yodel ignored the alternative arrangements.

There is no excuse for this dishonest service that incoveniences us and badly reflects on the supplier.
