After hearing horror stories about Yodel's crazy idea of good customer service, I experienced it myself last week.

We got home (to our flat), to discover a delivery note in the communal letter box... The standard we missed you card with a handwritten note stating "Left in back porch"... Me & my boyfriend looked at each other in confusion, because we don't have a back porch.

Looking in all places possible, including the bins because I've heard Yodel like to leave parcels in bins, we couldn't find our parcel. Then we realised our neighbour has a back garden, with gated access. I got on my hands and knees to see if our boxes were in his garden & there they were!!

I had trespass onto my neighbours property to get retrieve our parcels of which had clearly just been dropped over the fence.

The same driver visited today, he said he knew we didn't have access but he HAD to deliver them.
