My experience started when I received a text to say that they had been unable to deliver to my parcel as there was no-one in. As I was on my driveway all day doing some building work and never saw a courier I thought something wasnt right about this so I contacted the seller to check the delivery address. They contacted Yodel who forwarded them the full delivery information which was correct. The next day the tracking info said they had tried to redeliver but no-one was in so a collection card was left. Again there was someone there all day, the only thing that wasnt there was a delivery card! I contacted Yodel to confirm the address and they gave me the correct details. Two days later the tracking info said the parcel had been delivered and signed for, not to me it wasnt! Contacted Yodel who said they would open a case and the driver would be interviewed and I would receive a call back within 28 hours. Never received a call back so contacted them again and they guaranteed a call back within 24 hours which again never happened. At this point I left a rubbish online review and was immediately emailed by their social media department who wanted to resolve the matter immediately. These people were even more useless than the customer centre. They told me that all they had for delivery details was my name and postcode. I told them that I had a document from Yodel confirming the full correct address and that what they were saying was just a lie and also asked how the driver managed to deliver a parcel without an address???? They just apologised and said they had 'limited information' and would look into it. I also noticed that since raising my initial complaint Yodel have started to alter the tracking information which seems like a cover up. Called Yodel again this morning and they advised that the driver interview never took place and due to the time that has elapsed there probably isnt any point now. I have now emailed their complaint department but I am not going to hold my breath for a response. Itdoes make me wonder if my package is simply mislaid or not
