Ordered on-line and (business) address automatically completed from post code. apparently did not include company name. received cal from van driver on mobile asking me to ring him back but no number given. Tried all morning to ring Yodel Service Centre. Just voicemail saying they were busy. reply. Charged horrific amount for calls. Got through in the afternoon, promised delivery for following day. Nothing. Received an email saying they could not deliver (same reason). Rang again, eventually got through and told systems down and nothing could be done. Told to ring back later. I really don't want the items any more.

In future if I find out Yodel are delivering i will not make an order
