After order several items online, i have stopped using Amazon for online purchases as you risk having your parcel delivered by Yodel.
I ordered three items for delivery. Online tracking confirms that delivery has been attempted and a card has be left - i have never received a card.
On each occasion i rescheduled delivery, however none of the parcels arrived. When calling i was told they were busy and could not delivery my parcel on the day requested.
What is the point of having a rescheduling system?
2 weeks after expected delivery i received my parcels - all three left outside the door, no door bell, no knock, in full view of passers by.
I do not understand how such a reputable company as Amazon can use this delivery company!
