I ordered from a well known online retailer. I paid extra for one day delivery and guess what Yodel failed to realise that delivery. Not the first time this has happened. They maintained a card was put through the door asking for re-arranging of delivery then told the retailer they were waiting customer action.I have no idea whose door the card went through it certainly wasnt mine and the time stamp is just when I was at the door receiving a royal mail delivery, oh the irony!!

They really do need some serious thinking on customer service and what their main business is. A delivery service that fails to deliver and cannot even put the card through the address they meant to deliver at. Either their drivers have got lost or something else is happening.
