Even pigeons have sense of direction & find their way.....

Today,I was sent a text message my delivery was due today,as I made my way to the door,I then recieved another text message alerting me they had tried delivering the parcel.There was no calling card,no knock or van outside.
I tried to track the parcel,put in the exact tracking number,although it was found.The address was not matching.Left with the innumerable many postcodes in the uk it could possibly of been delivered to as my postcode would not match up to their system.Yet when purchasing my item.The address I entered matches up with the corresponding confirmation email.
So through a process of elimination,the mistake was neither mine or the stockist I conducted business.....leaving the question 'How the **** does an established parcel delivery business system manage to be so disorientated.
It took myself a whole day to deal with the mess.
This is not a business I would recommmend,and would prefare never to have to deal with these again.Complete dissapointment.
