Paid for next day delivery for an argos product. Received a text to confirm delivery between 12 noon and 5pm today. Didn't surprise me when i never got my parcel. Phoned yodel numerous times who confirmed it would definitely come today. I was told it was on route. Had trouble with this company before. No apology or phone call. Apparently the driver decided to finish early!!! Obvious he doesn't care about commitment to the job or customers waiting. I took a days holiday for this. What a waste of time. Big let down yodel. Get decent drivers and get your staff some customer service skills.
