I order a parcel and unfortunately online shop works with this company together. This was almost two weeks now and I still haven't received my parcel. To get contact someone in the customer service you have to wait a lot and you have to pay for this as well. The operators giving your poor excuses and are not really helpful at all and the drivers don't care to follow the procedure from the operators. I waisted more money and time in calling them then I should. I payed for a delivery service and they are telling me that I have to come to their office to collect my parcel. I spend two days at home to wait for my delivery because they need a signature and they can't bring it to a local post office and I waited for nothing. I'm so angry about this service and I just can tell everybody not to use it at all. I certainly won't recommend them at all.
