Consistently bad. Just failed to deliver a Saturday AM delivery for which we paid extra and I sat by the front door waiting for! Web site states; 'Unable to reach consignee' What does that mean? - I can' be bothered and gone home early? This is just the latest example of the worst service I have ever experienced from a courier.
