My next day delivery arrived two days late, with no explanation. When I phoned I was kept on hold for 23 minutes before I got an answer, I was told to check online for my parcel and not provided any help as to where my parcel was. When I went online my parcel was not found. The next day I phoned again, 17 minutes on hold this time before I got a hello. I was told that my parcel would be delivered that day before 7 and was hung up on. I didn't get a 7pm delivery. My neighbour kindly delivered my parcel the next morning after she said she found it in her back garden. What an awful company! No helpful or relevant information was left on the delivery missed card. Generally a very frustrating experience. Please stay clear
