I have now been waiting almost two months for a delivery from the company. Having arrange a delivery online for a specific time I was informed (only after chasing) that the item was not available until the day after I had organised it. No further attempt at delivery was made and despite continued calls where after 15 minutes of waiting for an answer I gave up. Apparently my parcel is now somewhere almost 100 miles away from me and the company is not even sure if they still have the item or if it is completely lost.

AT ALL COSTS AVOID USING YODEL!
