Order my new contract phone off CPH site delivering through yodel. Was trying to understand the 'check delivery status' section and google sprung up lots of angry reviews which got me panicking!
Being selfemployed, a day off is normally only for weeks I have excelled in making money but this week I gave away two shifts worth £100 each because I knew I was going away to Scotland in a car journey so would love the phone to arrive in my hand before being in a car for 9 hours with no internet.
I was told the phone would arrive anywhere between 7am and 9pm.
I did think this was slightly an odd time frame but was happy that having ordered the phone 48hours before this was a quick delivery service for no extra cost!

As it got to 10am and the status updated to say that the order had been sent from one depot to another which was only a half hour drive away I assumed it would be dispatched quickly. When it got to 2pm I was panicking about all the horror stories of people's parcels being chucked in gardens and lost for weeks etc that I was starting to worry!
I sat playing guitar in the front room with the window open hoping that this would enable me to act fast had a yodel van appeared..
at 3pm a nice man saw me at the window mentioned my guitar playing and handed me the parcel through the window after asking my name etc and I signed for it all.

He was polite, friendly and to be fair having only really wasted a morning I was very happy with this delivery. The parcel was fine no scratches/damage etc and I thanked the delivery man and smiled as he drove off.

I now have a brand new phone which was connected instantly via 3 and I am extremely happy with the service. The order status was correct and I had no problems whatsoever.

What has happened to people by this company is wrong and I am very sorry for all the loss, damage, money and time this has cost people in the past but I wanted to ease the minds of some people out there like me who have come across these reviews while bighting their nails in worry waiting for their parcel. I hope others out there write positive reviews if they experience them too..
