I have noticed the following patern with them. They do not collect or do not deliver an item on time and tracking sais that they tried to collect or deliver but there was not anywone at the address and they left a card. No card was found in both cases. I find it difficult to believe they actually attempted. What si likely is that for what-ever reason their deliver drivers do not manage to collect or deliver and then they simply say we tried but there was noone at the address, because it is difficult to prove. I have used then a few times, they have not lost my parcels, but very unreliable.
