Arranged a collection to return a parcel to Amazon, they said on their
website that they could'nt give a time so i obviously had to stay in all day and wait for them. By 10.25pm they still hadn't arrived. There is no contact phone number if you have a collection and their website if worse than useless. Amazon customer services extremly helpful and told me to send my parcel via recorded delivery and they would refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE!
