This is the second time I have had trouble with this company when trying to contact them to re arrange a missed delivery.The first time the parcel was never tracked and went on the "missing list".
This morning I did not hear the delivery driver and a card was left. I have tried to track and arrange re delivery, system says invalid number.I have tried to contact by telephone and have been unsuccessful in getting to speak to anyone.I am now contacting company who has sent the parcel.Will this be another parcel on the missing list, and just where do these parcels end up?
