FFirst day they tried to deliver we were not at home. Next to days we spend at home waiting for it to be redelivered - it wasn't. We tied to rearrange on-line, but our parcel number was not correct. We called delivery guy (Indian guy named Vincent), he came and said "Yes it not correct there is number missing" and he promised to send us correct one in the evening. He didn't. We had to call him and chase it. Then we tried to call service centre to rearrange delivery. We tried for 2 days because no one was answering phone. We have been waiting on hold for 30 min. After few days of trying they answered. We rearranged delivery on Friday. We didn't get it all thou we stayed at home all day. We called again (surprise someone answer faster this time). They said delivery man didn't had enough time and it will be delivered on Monday. Today is Monday, I called again to find out at what time it will be delivered and now they saying to me that redelivery was never arranged and it can not be arranged. So now after staying at home on those exact days and waiting for delivery, after two weeks i find out that it has to be ordered again. Strongly DO NOT recommend to use yodel to any one!!!
