Trying to arrange re-delivery. Website tells me I can't do it on line. Can't find address of local depot. waited 20 minutes on the telephone trying to get through (at 10p a minute - so I feel as if I have just been mugged). This firm clearly doesn't care two hoots about its customers and I feel that one star gives them far more credit than they deserve. I used to think Parcel Force was bad. Yodel is in a different league. In future I will not purchase from companies that use Yodel
