YODEL really are 'top of the pops' when it comes to the worst delivery service on record!

Deliveries just NEVER arrive when they are expected - they only seem to arrive, when unexpected!

On one occasion, I had waited in all day and they never delivered. So I let them know that I would collect from their depot. The parcel turned up the next day, having arranged for me to collect, or thought I had arranged!

On another occasion, I was needing a collection and they never turned up to collect, so I returned the item myself at quite some cost! Later on that day, Yodel turned up to collect the parcel, even after I had advised them that handling my own return.

They are IMPOSSIBLE!

I made sure someone was in all day today, as my parcel was on the van and out for delivery at about 10am this morning! By 2ish, tracking was updated to say that there had been a delay - my deliver never turned up.

It doesn't seem right that the sellers are doing their bit, but the courier service YODEL are failing everyone!

You cannot get to speak to anyone on the phone - they just don't answer, you are automatically put on-hold for ages, or you get an automated message saying there is a ten minute wait!

What is going on?!

I don't know one person that is happy with the service from Yodel.

Something needs to change.
