I had the misfortune of having to use Yodel during a recent purchase from Argos Ebay.
I truly believe my ten year old son could run a company better.
Having received a card through the door on the Monday I quickly rescheduled delivery for Thursday as no one would be home Tuesday or Wednesday.
A confirmation email was received stating that delivery would be on Thursday.
Tuesday a failed delivery attempt card,Wednesday a failed delivery attempt card.Surprise surprise Thursday no delivery.
When you eventually get through to customer services ( expect to be on hold for Fort Five minutes plus,each time)they will basically read whats on your tracking status which you can read yourself
