Waited all week for a delivery,after £7.50 on calls,thats how long I waited for the phone to be answered,nearly 18mins, and that without the 3 days calls before that never actaully got through so am dreading my bill.as i never use my home phone.finally today i got through was told that the driver tried to deliver,but no one was home,so they left a card,(NO THEY DID NOT)if they did why would I be on the phone nwo,was aksed for the number on the card to re deliver(HELLO NO CARD WAS LEFT,I will never use any company again who use yodel to deliver.This was a birhtday gift for my son,whose birthday is on monday 18th this monday,I now have no gifr and no money to replace it,will never use you again absolutlym discusting.
