Picked up later than quoted so 2 days off work! Goods arrived that damaged that they cannot be used. 3 calls at 10p a minute, for 40 mins on hold nearly every time! Now have to go through a claims line.... And start a claim. The staff were not helpful and seemed bored with a non sale issue.
Regret setting up an account.
Terrible.
