Yodel were to deliver 2 phones i had ordered for my sons. o2 sent me a text at half past 10 at night telling me that yodel had attempted to deliver but no one had been in and they had left a card. i WAS in they did NOT come and they did NOT leave a card. i rang the number on the text which put me thru to yodel, the woman i spoke to was worse than useless the main sentence she used being "cant do anything about that" "cant find out" "cant" "cant" "CANT BE BOTHERED" more like. they would not give me an am or pm time frame and would not ring me on the day of re delivery so i could nip home from work to sign for delivery. simply the worst service ever. avoid avoid avoid.
