“terrible service”

I have ordered something and now waitting for delivery,,,, and waiting and waiting,,, they apparently delivered already my item and then they said i wasnt at home so i emailed them to re-arrange a delivery,,, they dint write me back, however re-arrange the delivery and when i was waiting for it, the next day my status on tracking website was that i wasn't home again,,,, it is a nightmare i don't want to order with them anything in my life,,, still no answer from them and no parcel either,,, shockinggg
