ordered a item from tesco direct last week was told it would be delivered on the 12/6/2012.wife stayed home all day but no show.so contacted tesco direct to be told they had called that day and on the 8/6/2012 and left a note saying no one home.as i only ordered on the 8th evening it would be great foresight but to be fair tesco or at least the lady who helped me at tesco gave me a £10 refund for my trouble and said they would deliver to my fathers address today (thurs).wife came home to our address at lunch time to find a note from yodel to say no one was home.emailed no reply but needed my fathers post code to get through ,no reply.phoned numerous times but no answer costing me money.this company are a joke DO NOT USE EVER SAVE YOURSELF TIME ,MONEY AND UPSET.
