Yodel is still the worst nightmare of delivery services I have ever experienced.
They deliver at extremely awkward hours, leaves absolutely no info on card and the staff do not understabd simple english that says "knock"!!!
Worse still, their customer service is horrible, calls don't get picked till about 20 minutes! I wonder if they have more than 1 staff at the call centre???
And when they finally do pick up, they sound bored and like they do not know what they are saying!
And why is it difficult for then to write on d card that they would automatically reattempt a redelivery and follow the same stupid process of trying hard to ensure non-delivery???
