I waited for my parcel to arrive almost a month. SHould have contacted seller much sooner.
Seller gave me tracking number and my eyes were opened wide in disbelief.
I've checked the info available about tracking package and must say that Yodel's performance can be described only as appalling.
My address is correct (I live here for 2,5 years and know it). It's just Yodel's employees are not doing their job properly.
I've called Customer Service and they were not able to say a thing in defence.
Only thing they were able to suggest is to write an e-mail to email@example.com without explanation what good it will do for me.
Yodel have not delivered service Ihave been paid for (not mentioning waste of time now just to try and resolve situation and most importantly - me not getting what I paid for).
At this stage I must stress out, that I'm very frustrated and angry at Yodel for failing me and seller I was bying from.
Firstly: there was no Delivery notice even once. So - nobody can confirm, that delivery person was at the address at any one time.
Secondly: Within a tracking history Item was tagged as "Delivered" twice, after that "Parcel returned to delivery depot". This clearly states, that person handling item does not know how to use system. I've worked in Postal services for 5 years and familiar with IPS system and I know, that this is not a correct procedure even if they use a different program. Moreover "Unable to gain timely access" is something new to me at 13:00 midday. And I'm hoping to have explanation of that.
