They deserve NO stars, they tell lies about attempting delivery and do not leave cards to inform you of an attempt although they say have. Their tracking service is a joke and and it is pointless trying to get through to them on the telephone. Luckily, I got a refund from the place I ordered from but it means I didn't get the item I wanted, I'll have look for something local. this can put you off buying online but if you do, ALWAYS check to see the company that will be delivering; if Yodel, decline to order but tell the online company why you are doing so.
