“worst company ever”

This is the worst parcel company ever. I phoned the company 5 times in all to find out where my parcel was & 5 times i was told it would be with me tomorrow, tomorrow never came it turned out to be 3 weeks !If i have a choice in a delivery company i use it certainly want be YODEL.
