“Staggeringly Poor”

Was expecting a delivery on 3rd May - Consignment 1A001BA48079. Nothing arrived and no explanation. So I made fourteen unanswered calls to the local depot. Then submitted four separate emails over 48 hours. Each time was promised a reply withing two hours - nothing has happened and no replies. Yesterday I contacted customer serivices, who promised a call back. Excitedly waiting for my new bike. Website said out for pm delivery excellent :) waited around all till 5:45 still not bike tried calling unable to speak to any one :( sent email no reply :( later that night website changed to carded and this was definitely 100% not carded through my letter box. Rang supplier who said they would re route my bike to work so i didn't have to take more time off. Great but then XDP express deliver to my home address in a damaged box with some contents missing... item Z3FRPB005926 this was sent out for delivery was carded no problem rearranged for a delvery on the monday yet someone in there wisdom decided to send it back to sender the next day since then when trying to get to bottom of why this happened been like taking to a brick wall still waiting for someone to come up with an excuse and not a vaild explanation (read more)

XDP. I will never buy anything delivered by them again. bought beautiful expensive aviary. had saved hard for it.it was sent for next day delivey. instead of arriving Tuesday it turned up Thursday and with loads of damage. i found the staff unhelpful. the small delivery van unsuitable, only driver to get stuff off van which was too heavy for one person so i had to deliver my own stuff out of van. tracking system a joke. Orderd a sofa and the company I bought it from uses XDP. Sofa was first lost, then they said they found it, then they said it was miss routed, and eventually it turned up 1 week late! Their online tracking webpage does not work, my local depot seemed to be closed every 2nd day because no-one nswered the phone. And when they did, it was no help and they would not commit to a date. The only people at XDP worth giving credit to are the drivers. They are freindly. But, avoid XDP altogether at... (read more)

Everything is horrible from customer service to delivery. Firstly, they are so late in collecting and second, they don't deliver on time! Seriously, being a delivery/ logistics company, they are meant to be on time! Stay AWAY! (read more)

“Dreadful Company - Avoid at all costs”

This company doesn't keep to it's specified delivery terms, customer service is poor, don't waste your time or money with them. We had problems wit them delivering items 2 days later than scheduled but the funniest thing of all was that we had arranged through this company for them to pick up a bed and return it to the manufacturer as it was faulty. XDP stated they would pick it up on the Monday - having made arrangements to take the day off they never came all day, nor did they come on... (read more)

“Incompetent and Unreliable”

I am going to take my time in writing this scathing review for the worst delivery company in my experience. We ordered a cross trainer from the Sweatband website as it was a good deal on offer and a reputable company. We went for next day delivery and I decided to take the day off to stay in to receive this parcel. Sweatband promptly dispatched the item via the courier service of their choice - XDP.
