contacting them / delivery

so today I am waiting for a bed to arrive that is getting delivered by xdp express . As I have been at work all day I wasn't sure if I'd be at home to collect it so as instructed on a txt message to ring them if you have any problems etc, I rang the deport number about 10 times with no answer and left several messages too . I then rang the customer services number to see if they could help but all they did was give me the same number that I already tired . it has came to the end of the day 16;50 and I still haven't heard anything back so I thought id ring customer services again to try and figure out what the hell was going on and as I got through to them they hung up on me!
I can't believe at this day and age how a company can't even solve a simple task of getting in contact with a customer so he can arrange the time for collection . I am completely mind blown at how you conduct your company and will never be going through this delivery service again
