Had 3 poor experiences with them in one week so suggests they are so cheap more companies are using them. Sometimes notify in advance (2-3 hrs notice), sometimes not. Sometimes, notified the day after. One delivery due AM, the delivery guy phoned to say he was at my door at 2pm (i had to go to the hospital) but didn't have a card. I told him to redeliver the next day, instead he dumped the packages (to build a king size iron bed) in my elderly neighbour's hallway. The items were so heavy neither of us could move them. You also have zero hope of speaking to their customer service or re-arranging delivery via email. Totally disgusting to take advantage of neighbours after being told re-delivery was required.

I advise asking if XPD is the courier before buying anything, and if it is don't buy it if you need any delivery flexibility.
