Disgraceful company . Told me that my punch bag had been delivered on 23rd December,they even sent me a photo of they receivers signature ,which turned out to be fraudulent, as XDP changed their story and said the bag had been returned as unwanted !!! They never stopped lying and my phone calls to them cost me £78 !! They sent the punch bag back to the supplier who then had to resend it . I want XDP to cover the cost of my phone calls to them ,they arre now refusing to talk to me ! Worst company ever !!!
