Received a text saying my item would be delivered between 13.30 and 16.30. Finally arrived at near 18.00 after waiting around all afternoon. Driver had to ask me what the package was likely to look like as he didnt appear to know where it was on the van. Everything in the van appeared almost thrown in and not secured, luckily my item was very heavy and not breakable.
