Orderd a sofa and the company I bought it from uses XDP. Sofa was first lost, then they said they found it, then they said it was miss routed, and eventually it turned up 1 week late!
Their online tracking webpage does not work, my local depot seemed to be closed every 2nd day because no-one nswered the phone. And when they did, it was no help and they would not commit to a date.
The only people at XDP worth giving credit to are the drivers. They are freindly.
But, avoid XDP altogether at ANY cost.
