My pkg was scheduled to arrive 9/1/17. I checked my UPS online status after not receiving my delivery and it said it was being held, receiver requested. I was infuriated because I know I did not request a hold. After waiting for 16 minutes on hold to speak to an operator and she basically repeated the same info I already read for myself online. USELESS!!! Anyway, I asked to be connected to the specific center holding my pkg and she told me they don't have a number. She said she could send them an email to call me on Tuesday. I won't hold my breath for that call!!!! Do yourself a favor and skip UPS for any deliveries. You're better off getting the item yourself!
