I spent over $100 having a package shipped to Jackson Heights. This package made it from Mexico to the Maspeth location in 3 days. It has been sitting in the Maspeth location for 5 days. The website regularly reports that it has been sent out for delivery. However, the package is never delivered.

The Maspeth location has chosen to list their phone number as the main 800 number for UPS - a call center location whose information is limited to the same tracking information available online, and is therefore generally useless. It was only through finding phone numbers posted by customers in their customer complaints that I was able to get a phone number for this location (FYI it's (718) 706-3099 and (718) 706-3143).

One rep at that location told me that there was a system error and that the system was listing my package as being out for delivery although it wasn't. Following this call, some of the entries were deleted from the system.

Another rep told me today that the package has been left behind many times, but that going to the location to pick up the package was not an option because it is "impossible" to know where it is. He would not commit that the package would go out for delivery tomorrow, or when the package would go out for delivery at all.

So there is no accountability, no information, and absolutely no one taking any initiative to resolve this.

If I did my job this poorly, I would be fired.
