Received an email telling package had been delivered, thought it was weird that doorbell wasn't rung but I stepped outside to get package and nothing was there. I went back inside reread email thinking that maybe I misunderstood and no it stated package had been delivered. I went over to neighbors house to ask if maybe it was left there by mistake and they hadn't received anything. I followed by calling UPS to verify email that I received and was told that they would follow up with driver and would call me back. I never received a call back so I called them later that evening. The lady that I spoke with was like "oh well, there's nothing we can do". We cant investigate, you have to call shipper and tell them to resend package.. WHAT!! SERIOUSLY!!! UPS has nothing but incompetent workers that deliver packages late, damaged or just misplace them.. Who knows maybe they keep them and sell them to make some extra money. Will never use UPS again!!! If I could give them a negative rating I would.
