I used UPS twice in the past year - both times they failed miserably. This morning their driver claimed to have buzzed my door at 8:57am when we were here waiting; he did not leave note; their customer service people - under the authority of Luis Arriaga - have failed to get the parcel delivered promptly. REALLY DANGEROUS servicve when it comes to important documents! Please pass on to anyone who might place themselves in the jeopardy of this company!

Here's the follow up. I finally reached someone in the local office but they CAN'T REACH THEIR driver! Isn't that amazingly bad communication? And they can't locate the package! WATCH OUT FOR THIS SERVICE! Luis Arriaga is the regional manager but he doesn't easily provide an address to customers. How can he tell when he's doing a good job or not?
