SENT A PACKAGE PRIORITY OVERNIGHT. PAID OVER $90 TO HAVE IT SHIPPED. TWO DAYS LATER, NO PACKAGE AND NO IDEA WHERE IT WENT. SPENT OVER TWO HOURS ON THE PHONE BEING ON HOLD WAITING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR ANSWER: WE REALLY DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS AND WE DON'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED. MY ADVISE: USE FEDEX, THEY GOT THIS PACKAGE TO THE DESTINATION IN LESS THAN 12 HOURS AND COST A LOT LESS. THANKS UPS FOR MESSING UP EVERYONE'S CHRISTMAS AND BECAUSE THE PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME IT DELAYED THEY CLOSING OF OUR HOUSE UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS
