I have used their services for about a 5 years, mainly with no cause for complaint. I run a small business which involves sending and receiving items of varying value, so it is vital for my reputation to use a good courier. In the last year I have seen a dramatic decline in UPS standards. They have managed to break items, mislay items, failed to collect, and worst of all failed to deliver to the correct addresses. Each time I try to resolve problems with customer services I am fobbed off with poor excuses, which all end up with the statement that they will have a chat with the driver!!!!
Nothing else happens and I am left with a huge headache having wasted my time. I have no alternative but to use someone else, they can't be worse can they?
I have now contacted all my suppliers, trade contacts and customers to tell them under no circumstances to use UPS when dealing with my business.
