They dont knock or ring the bell, just leave pkgs worth thousands of dollars outside the apt building. They have have even claimed my apt building was a nursing home to their dispatchers so they wouldnt have to come inside!!! I am waiting for a delivery right now, that they claimed to have "tried" to deliver once already, but didnt. Needless to say, I am not holding my breath while I wait for it.

Now they have a new program where those who pay extra are guarnteed on time delivery!!! Evidently poor service has become the standard accepted now, thus they are able to charge extra for adequate service!!!
