I have a consignment sent by UPS Expedited(don't go on name.it's their slowest of slow and worst of worse services) from RI, USA. As I am a regular importer I never use UPS service for my bad gut feeling for them but this time I had no option but this. The tracking no 1Z1A04516741650393 has traveled all across the world before reaching India. After custom clearance it was shipped to Hyderabad, tracking says reached on 29/12/2014 but it has never reached physically. The worst of customer care that anyone can ever expect, no one could track the baggage for 72 hours. After lot of pressure piling the item is said to be dispatched by road by equally waste service GATI.
I am planning to claim refund as I have lost a big order because of these horrible service providers. Please don't use their service for importing or exporting goods ever. They can't provide services for anything more than documents.
Unresponsive, non helping executives, SORRY repeaters for all the requests.
