Tracking my order from USA details said it arrived at the Cardiff depot on 21st November, couldn't deliver it as the tax cost label was missing they would chase up. Supposed to arrive 26th November didn't turn up after waiting in all day phoned UPS, told me they had tried to contact me the night before but weren't able to to tell me how much to pay, told me it was after hours and I hadn't answered my phone...... They didn't actually ring , also tried to tell me they were also unable to leave a message....both home phone and mobile have message capacity, but as they didn't try ringing leaving a message would have been hard. They then said it would be scheduled for delivery on the 1st December, no package again. Rang again said they hadn't been able to get the tax cost amount was I prepared to pay it yes I said again I was aware of how much it was last week. We will deliver it on the 3rd December.......no package. Phoned again and told lies again. Arranged to pick it up from the Cardiff depot told I needed to go within 10 working days went on the 8th within 3 working days 1/2 hour drive there waited for an hour whilst they searched and left package less because they couldn't find it in the warehouse. Left telephone number with Cardiff depot, who said they were embarrassed to work with UPS that they used call centres in the Philippines and in Portugal who were useless, I'd have to agree with that apparently it's only 5 working days that you are given to pick up the package, and that they were overloaded and had been using agency drivers and it was chaos. However I didn't have a phone all from them either and have had more lies from the Philippines since. In future I wil always ask what delivery company people use before ordering from them and if it's UPS won't buy ...Simples!
