item delivered to wrong person and wrong address despite being addressed properly.DO NOT USE this delivery service. When phoned up asKED FOR CALL BACK -DID NOT GEt reply .PHONED AGAIN PUT ON HOLD AND FORGOTTEN ABOUT. RANG AGAIN ASKED FOR SENIOR MANAGER AND ONLY AFTER REPEATED REQUEST and not letting get fobbed off got put through only to be told they could not do what I asked and get item redelivered that day even although they admitted it was their incompetence .

"If you want hassle then use UPS" would be ag great description in their advertising.
